December 9th 2010: yujiro hanma, strongest man alive has proceeded to prove his strength by destroying star command HQ, the public went on to blame the government and police force, so heroes around the globe proceeded to become all part of a task force specialized in killing villains, crime has actually decreased, but at the worst cost imaginable. 

As in just for hours following the entire villan execution spree the citizen began starting to riot in protests about the idea of heroes think that sparing villains being useless was horrible, riots broke out all around the world, slaughtering increased by 400%, it was all chaos, society was on the brink of collapsing and all gods with it, but fortunately, star command's destruction's surviors managed to find a solution, create a new task force capable of not feeling any karma, keep in check hero behavior and disperse judge, jury and execution all at the same time, called the extreme justice task force, among one of these new souls is raffaele, a man who tried to stop Yujiro in an attempt to prove himself, regaining that chance with baki Hanna's hunt for beating and this surpassing his father today in January of 2014
